What we run

Three things, done properly.

01 Company events

Office hours. Good food. No forced fun.

Talks, wellness sessions, worksite days and appreciation days, in offices and hospitals, run on company time, well fed, short, and fine to sit out. The kind staff are still talking about back at their desks.

From 20 people. Booked by HR, or by an agency bringing a worksite session.
02 Roadshows

A booth people walk up to, not past.

Atrium or lobby booking, set-up, balloon arches, kids' activities, rain plan, and a crew briefed to open a conversation without blocking the walkway. Every sign-up comes back to you the same day.

Malls, CBD lobbies, campuses, hospitals.
03 Gift sourcing

Corporate gifts, sourced for you.

Tell us the budget and the headcount. We source useful things people actually use, from trolley bags and cabin luggage to health monitors and massage guns, and order them in the quantity you need.

What organisers say

The brief we hear most.

These are real lines from organisers and staff on Singapore forums and review sites. We built the company around them.

Can you sort this? No details, no budget, no clear expectations.
An organiser, EA forum

Send us exactly that. We come back with the next dates we can run it, then two or three options and a price.

Don't do on weekend or after office hour lah.
Staff, HardwareZone

Our default is inside the working day. Evenings only if you ask.

The forced, organised activity with judging and prizing is just making me dread it.
Staff, Reddit

Nothing compulsory. Watching counts.

I was receiving updates without even asking for them.
A client, Google review of a planner

A WhatsApp update every week, before you ask.

Then it demoralizes the staff even more with this kind of prizes.
Staff, Singapore forum, on company lucky draw gifts

We source things people actually want to take home.

We are even discussing the games when we are back in office.
Staff, Singapore forum

That is the whole job.

How it works

One run sheet. Ours.

What you pay for

No add-on surprises.

Every quote lists what is in and what is extra, on the first page, before you sign anything.

      Straight answers

      Asked before you ask.

Can we do it during office hours? Nobody will come after work.

Yes, and that is our default. Most of what we run sits inside the working day, usually two to three hours, in your office or close enough that nobody has to travel into town. Evening formats exist if you want a dinner.

My staff hate team bonding. Won't they roll their eyes at another wayang exercise?

They are right to. Forced games, judging and prizes are what people dread, so we do not build them. Our formats are on company time, well fed, short, and nothing is compulsory: watching counts. A town hall with a proper buffet and a lucky draw beats a trust fall every time.

Half my team would rather have the cash. Why spend it on an event?

Fair. If the budget is tiny, say so and we will tell you honestly whether an event is the best use of it. When it is, the version that works is the one people would have chosen themselves: good food, a short agenda, time given back. We will not sell you a day that reads as a cheaper substitute for a bonus.

We're only 30 people. Is it worth it, and what does it cost?

Thirty is not too small. What moves the price is venue, food, and whether you want a speaker or an activity, so a small team can see exactly where to trim. Join the waitlist with the headcount and, when your slot opens, we show you two or three options.

What's in the price and what's extra?

The included list and the extras list above are printed on page one of every quote. If something is not on the included list, it is extra, and you will see it before you sign.

Is the food halal, and what about vegetarian, no beef, allergies?

Halal-certified caterers by default. Dietary counts are collected at RSVP, buffet labels are clear, and alcohol is only there if you ask for it and say so up front.

What if it rains, or the boss changes everything the week before?

Outdoor events and roadshows get a covered backup booked from the start, and we make the weather call before the morning, not on it. Late changes are priced before we make them, never after.

Can you source the same gift for 200 people by a deadline?

Tell us the item, the quantity, the budget and the date. We check what can be sourced in time and come back with options before you commit. If an item cannot make the deadline, we say so straight away and suggest alternatives that can.
